Each video in this 30-day series is different, and will challenge you to learn the foundational movements of Yogance. This plan includes your standard Yoga postures including Warrior, Downward Dog and Charuranga, but also incorporates dance movements such as twists, Demi Pointe and Passe. The lessons are progressive in nature and build upon each other, so that your final class on Day 30 is the culmination of all you’ve learned in a beautiful full-length sequence.
