In this plan I will guide you step-by-step through the anatomical, safe and healthy way to create space and flexibility in your body. These are the tools that I've used in the past 15 years of my practice increase flexibility in my back, my hips, and my whole body.
The movement into the splits requires patience & intelligence about how you approach the body, rather than just opening your legs and forcing yourself into the posture. You have to move step-by-step as your approach these postures and that's exactly what I'm going to teach you. I will guide you through variations of the splits including Reclining Splits, Backbend Splits, Handstand Splits, Standing Splits and Straddle Splits.
One of the most amazing things about working on flexibility is that you get to experience your body in a state of freedom, ease and flow. As you experience openness in the body, you will also begin to experience different aspects of your mind that you can excavate and bring out into the light.
