This series focuses on progressive arm balance flows to detoxify and cleanse your body with revitalizing twists, deep hip movements and concentrated engagement of the core.
This plan consists of 5 videos – in each class we will work towards a specific posture as you bend, twist and curl. The result of these classes is a delicious physical wringing out – a squeezing, pressing, and cleansing of the midsection and entire body. Our organs process absolutely everything: our emotions, environmental toxins, the food we consume and the byproducts of negative thoughts… and this series will wring you out like a sponge so that you feel purified, cleaned and restored, which will allow your body to communicate more effectively.
The flows in this series are more advanced, contain fewer cues, and have a targeted focus on breath. They are not only therapeutic and strengthening, they are also beautifully intense and I am so excited to share in this journey with you!
