How To Approach This Series

In this short video I lay out the three-day schedule and give brief descriptions for each class so you know what to expect and what’s to come.

Before each class begins, I will mention props that you can have with you. You are more than welcome to use any, all, or none of the props. Follow whatever feels good and is normal in your current practice.

This weekend is all about rejuvenation, so do whatever feels right to create a calm, comfortable atmosphere – light candles, play soft music, surround yourself with pillows and blankets, etc.

This whole series is about using yoga and meditation to identify old habits that no longer serve us and create new patterns that lift and reenergize us. So whether it’s in your Cody log or with pen and paper, I encourage you to write down how you feel after each class and go deeper into any realizations or thoughts that come up.

Patrick’s Bio

Patrick is based in Seattle, WA, and travels the world leading classes, workshops, and teacher training programs.
