True Strength Evolution (TSE) 2 is the second level of the 3-part TSE series. All of the movements in this level remain extremely accessible, but include higher reps and longer holds. If you can do a TSE 1 workout, you are ready to push yourself in TSE 2. Not only are you going to be proud of how you look, how you feel, how much stronger and more flexible that you become, but these workouts are fun. You are going to be looking forward to stepping onto your mat every day.
This level introduces over 30 new complexes to keep your workouts fun as well as targeting new areas of the body as we work through new variations of planks, chaturangas, block work, wall work, and dynamic and static strength work. Between complexes, instead of simply resting to recuperate, we work into deep flexibility, exploring multiple stretching modalities, such as dynamic stretching, active static stretching, yin style and PNF stretching, while your exhausted muscles are resting and you’re still working hard at getting more flexible.
The goal is that at the end of the workout, you’re not only stronger, fitter and more flexible but you feel great about who you are and what you accomplished! When you complete these workouts, everything your body needs is completed in 30 minutes and you feel amazing.
