How To Approach This Series

I'm so happy you are joining me! Let's quickly review the layout of this series.

It's really important that you have a strong foundation and learn the basics of arm balancing before you move onto more advanced poses, so this series begins with refining building-block poses like Chaturanga and Crow. Without a solid base, you can’t successfully build up to the next level.

Keep in mind that every body is different and that you are not expected to complete the final pose in every video. It is called a Yoga “practice,” and achieving these poses will take time, so honor where you are, stay present, and love what you’re doing.
