Day 3, Workout B

Workout B follows the same format as Workout A, so you must establish a 5-rep baseline weight for the military press & power clean.

Note: Because the back squat is included in every workout, it means this time you should add 5 pounds to your back squat weight from Workout A.

Workout B:
Back Squat: 3 sets, 5 reps
Military Press: 3 sets, 5 reps
Power Clean: 3 sets, 5 reps

Write down your weight for each lift, so you can add 5 pounds to each next workout.
