How To Approach This Series

I’m so excited you’ve decided to join me!!

This plan contains ten different videos, and each target a different part of the body. You can pick what you want to work on that day, which makes it a great compliment to your current routine if you have one. This is also a great stand-alone plan because you can mix and match workouts so you can work all the major areas across your entire body: glutes, thighs, calves, arms and abs!

Each video is about 15 minutes long, and I’ve designed them so you’re working hard the whole time! I created these exercise routines to not only be physically effective by focusing on a specific muscle group, but also a great use of your time!

I encourage you to add these classes to whatever existing routine you already have, and alternate if you feel particularly sore in one area. If you go for a run and your legs are fatigued, try the arms or abs class! If your whole body feels sore, try the Stretch & Release class or give yourself a rest day ☺

Jacquelyn's mission is to share her love of dance and movement with you. She wants to share this passion because it has been a gift to her - it is her form of meditation, keeps her sane, and burns a lot of calories! Jacquelyn is a classically trained ballerina from a very young age, and has danced professionally for LINES Ballet, San Francisco Ballet, and later went on to be a Laker Girl for the Los Angeles Lakers.

Jacquelyn took her love of dance and brought it into fitness. She became a certified Pilates instructor in high school, and then certified in Barre after college at USC. Jacquelyn loves to bring rhythm and upbeat music to her classes, because she believes it keeps your body motivated, and its fun! Jacquelyn was the first instructor to bring Barre to the Equinox in Manhattan Beach, California. Jacquelyn's rhythmic, fun, yet challenging style keeps her students coming back and craving more - no matter where she teaches. Jacquelyn is certified in Barre, Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Spinning, Personal Training, and lives a holistic lifestyle.
