Each week consists of four training classes, a full-length flow, and a soothing restorative. The drill-based sequences are designed to help you grow stronger, get sweaty, and find your threshold. They utilize timed holds, repetitions, and lighthearted transitions to explore core work, hip opening, leg strengthening, and more. The 50-minute flows incorporate the teachings of previous strengthening classes so you can apply what you have learned in related sequences. The delicious stretching classes will slow you down and nourish you from head to toe.
Practice is ideal for students looking to discover new levels of strength, stability, and elegance in their movements while using a non-traditional yoga approach. There are no inversions in this class, but Meghan invites you to play with handstand hops and frog kicks. She also shows you how to work in stability using arm balances like Crow.
