Expect a fluid Blissology Vinyasa practice that mixes both powerful alignment insights, intelligent sequencing and embodied awareness. Class begins by calming the nervous system and recentering so the body is relaxed, open and present. We will increase intensity with standing poses, arm balances, backbends and deep hip openers. There will be challenges for the experienced practitioner with modifications that make this class accessible to beginners as well.
