Olympic-style Weighlifting is fun, dynamic, and will add strength, speed, coordination, and flexibility to your performance whether you are a fitness enthusiast, recreational athlete, or serious competitor. If you want to learn how to perform Olympic-style lifts by develop a working Snatch, Clean, and Jerk, this training plan is for you!

This plan is programmed for 3 workouts a week, for 4 weeks. Each workout is approximate 30-40 minutes long, and you will need access to equipment consisting of a PVC pipe, barbell, bumper plates, and 8'x8' open space to practice.

No experience is necessary, this plan will demonstrate the necessary drills and provide points of performance to get you moving on the right track!
