These meditative ladder flows unite the three pillars of the yoga practice: physical asana, breath work, and meditation. Each 30-minute class includes an intention such as Love, Letting Go or Happiness. Our thoughts and movements revolve around this word, and this thought weaves throughout our flow.
Like traditional Ladder Flows, we stack yoga postures so that you can find your calm, meditative state. Rather than moving quickly to create a fitness-oriented flow, we move slowly and hold poses for longer periods of time so that you are free from distraction and encouraged to practice living in the present moment. We begin each flow by holding foundational poses for five seconds to warm up the body and connect to our breath. After repeating these postures and holds, we add in more complex movements.
These sequences are an opportunity to bring strength and awareness into your practice and allow you to embrace balance and a calm consciousness in your busy day!
