How To Approach This Series

Welcome to the Max Core Challenge! I can’t wait to get started!
First let’s review how this plan is structured so you know how to approach the next month:

This plan consists of 25 different workouts and two assessment videos. The assessments will be repeated on a weekly basis and their purpose is to track your progress as you go through the program.

Each workout ranges from 5-10 minutes, and they are meant to be short and intense. The exercises will target different areas each day, so you won’t have two workouts that hit the same area back to back. The difficulty spans from easy to advanced, but each day will vary, so you won’t have two advanced days in a row.

I’ve structured this series as a month-long challenge, so try to push yourself to do the workouts as prescribed each day to see the best results!

Though you can use this series on its own, it’s meant to be used as a finisher in your post-workout routine or as a supplement for any other exercises you currently do. Regardless of how you incorporate this plan into your life, by the end of this month I promise you’ll feel results!
