These six classes will teach you body control and strength building through full-length transitional flows. Throughout this series you will work the edge of comfortable discomfort to discover your best and strongest self. This progressive plan was designed to accompany the programming in Dylan and Kino’s Journey to Strength bundle.
The plan includes six full-length classes at three different levels and each level consists of two classes: Plank and Side Plank flow at the Foundations level; Firefly and Arm Balance flow at Intermediate; and Headstand and Press to Handstand flow at Advanced.
The true journey of strength is in cultivating balance. In these 30-40 minute flows, Dylan and Kino share with you how to balance steadiness and stamina, grace and flexibility. You will learn to incorporate these necessary skills into your Yoga practice and unlock your true equanimous strength.
