Activate your natural divinity and reconnect to Earth's circadian rhythm.

The six flows in this series are inspired by natural Hindu goddesses and are infused with the essence of Nature. As Steph and Erin guide us through creative, full-body sequences, we ignite these intrinsic qualities that reside deep within, and rejoin our organic roots.

Whether we stoke our inner fire with Agenya or pay homage to the moon with Ratri, each 20-50 minute class is an opportunity to harmonize with Earth, to tune into our internal drum, and to return to our elemental nature. All classes contain a warm-up, full-length flow, and cool down, giving you a complete experience that will leave you feeling awakened and empowered to invoke these characteristics in your practice and everyday life.
