How To Approach This Series

I am so happy that you’re joining me on this journey to get spiritually fly and tap into your inner strength!

This plan consists of four main Vinyasa flows. Some are more soothing and calming while others are more intense and fiery. You can follow them in order day by day, or pick what you want to do each day – it’s up to you! The restorative is for days you just need to chill and relax, and the meditation sequence is so you can bring some necessary stillness into your life.

If you plan to incorporate this series into your current fitness routine, I encourage you to add these videos to the end of your workout. All of the sessions are a great way to cool down physically and recharge mentally.

You can’t expect to truly learn something from trying it only once, so I’ve structured the videos in this plan to repeat over the course of the month. You’ll be able to revisit them and build on your progress week to week.

Do your best to be present, surrender yourself to the process, and free yourself from forcing expectations on your progress. I’ve found that when doing this, things tend to show up organically! So even if you don’t get something the first, second, or tenth time, please don’t be discouraged. It is all part of your journey and will make it all the more meaningful when it happens when it should – and you’ll be stronger for it!

Faith Hunter is a global yoga instructor who has a passion for beauty, movement, love, and soul freedom.

She is a New York City-based Yoga instructor & global traveler sprinkled with a dash of Louisiana charm. Faith began her life long love affair with yoga in the early 90s as a way to cope as her beloved brother Michael was dying from a complication related to AIDS. Through meditation and mindfulness Faith was able to release her fears and experience an awakening from within. From that day forward, she committed herself to sharing these practices with the world.

Always eager to learn, explore, and share, Faith is an inspiring and generous mentor to yoga practitioners of all skill levels.
