Kipping Handstand Pushup 1

You're big boys now, and we're going into complex inversions with dynamic movements, like this kipping handstand pushup.

Start this with 2-part movement:

1) Go into the same tripod. Make sure you can see your hands, knees come to elbows, and feet are off the ground.

2) Pick your knees of your elbows and extend your legs so you can see your feet. Press up.

After you're comfortable with the 2-part movement, then try the following using a single motion:

1) Headstand with knees on elbows.

2) With speed, a quick kick which picks my upper body off the ground.

I do not want to see the head come out. Keep looking at your feet the entire time.
