Kipping Handstand Pushup 5

Now we will take the kipping handstand pushup to the full range of motion with the hands below chin level. We will perform the deficit kipping handstand pushup.

You can set up a pair of parellets, and beneath them a mat, so that your head has a place to rest.

1) Start from a handstand on the parellets.

2) Control your descent to the bottom until your head is resting on the mat and under your hands.

3) Without your back touching the wall, bring your knees to your elbows.

4) Explode straight up and hit that position.
