Kipping Handstand Pushup 2

In this level we're going to add the kick to a 45-degree angle handstand pushup against a wall.

1) With a body length distance away from a the wall, climb up the wall as high as you can without moving your hands.

2) Walk down, and put your knees on your elbows.

3) Lift your knees up, and once the back is almost flat, kick and finish strong.

4) Climb your way down.

Chase quality and consistency. Make it sexy.
