Kipping Dip 1

Now we'll add more dynamic fashion to our pushing mechanics with the kipping dip. At this level well focus just on pulling with your legs.

All we're going to do is use the pull of the legs to get the body to start rising.

1) Start in your support position

2) Lower yourself down

3) Pull with your legs fast! You'll notice this picks your center of mass up. The faster you pick your legs up the more you'll notice the center of mass rising.

At this stage don't worry about pressing through, just focus at this point pulling your legs.
