Pistol Progression 3

Welcome to level III! We're going to take what we learned in level II and while we're balancing at the bottom of the step up, bring the elevated leg in front of us to mimic the pistol shape.

1) Once you're standing on the box, balance on leg.
2) Leg is close to the box. Hinge at the hip and descend.
3) Once you're at the bottom, try to elevate the leg in front of you
4) From there, bring the elevated leg back down and stand back up.

Use the swinging leg as a lever to stand you back up.

Whilst being a highly valued coach to many, Carl continues to be a student constantly refining his thinking and philosophy on movement expression through the art of bboying (break dancing).
