Kipping Dip 3

This is where you make the money, and now we're going to connect the whole thing and do a complete kipping dip, holding the top.

1) Start from the bottom.

2) Pull with the legs.

3) Once your weightless press out and go for a quick lock out.

Notice that with the lock out, I'm snapping the elbow into a lockout position, turning the thumb out, and pressing my arms into the side as hard as I can. That's what will allow you to stabalize.

You have two options:

1) You can pull with the legs and press

2) Add a second kick of the legs. Pull with the legs, and as you're pressing through add a kick. It's quick: Leg, arm, leg.
