Muscle Up Progression 3

Welcome to level 3! Now we will finish the dip to complete the muscle up transition.

1) Start with the same setup on the band as you had in level 2. Make sure you have a lot of room in the back so you can hang.

2) Get really tight and pull and fall through.

3) From here, finish the movement by pressing and going into full lock out. Mark that position and follow all the way through. We're looking for quality movement.

4) Reverse that movement.

This should feel like butter! If it doesn't please revist the earlier phases.

Whilst being a highly valued coach to many, Carl continues to be a student constantly refining his thinking and philosophy on movement expression through the art of bboying (break dancing).
