Muscle Up Progression 4

This is a bonus feature to teach you how to grip and hold onto the rings.

I want that complete hand wrapped around the ring with the pinky knuckle up. If you can, try to get your thumb over your index finger and middle finger.

There are two options:

1) False Grip: Get your wrist on top of the ring. This is great for earlier stages of movement.

I highly recommend, however, that you work a regular grip.

2) Regular Grip: Your wrist is hanging underneath the ring.
