Kipping Pullup Progression 5

Now we will work on cycling the kipping pullup to make the same movement look exactly the same over and over again.

This is the drill:

1) Start with three swings and do a pullup.

2) Hold the chin over the bar for three seconds.

3) Back to swing three times.

4) If you have three seconds on the top, reduce the hold on the top to two seconds. If you can perform it with two seconds, try to perform it with just a one second hold at the top.
