Dip Progression 4

Level 4 is about changing the apparatus to be something other than a stable dip station. In this video we'll use a set of rings.

1) Jump into your support position. Your elbows should be locked out, and your elbows should be slightly turned out. If this hard and you don't feel comfortable you can use a band. Place your knees on the band to start with.

2) Once you have that position, now you can establish the bottom position.

3) Perform the negative. Go down and hold the bottom. Then, come out of it, and then rest.

4) After you can perform the negative alone, perform the negative and then press back up and finish in a lockout.
