Dip Progression 1

For pushing mechanics now we're going to take the extension of the shoulder even further with the dip and focus on the two master positions of the dip.

We'll start by seeing if you can hold the two master positions:

1) Support Position: Your elbows should be locked out with straight body, shoulders back, and long neck. Neck and toes should be in line.

2) Bottom Position: Descent slowly down into the dip position, where your shoulders are under your elbows and your forearm is as vertical as possible.

Practice holding these two positions for a few seconds each. If you've got that, you're ready for level 2.
