Pullups Progression 5

Now we're actually going to do a pullup, and go through a progression of load in a pullup using bands.

With the band:

1) Place it in the middle of the bar.

2) With two hands, pull the bar down and place one foot in it.

3) Lock that foot out.

4) Grab a chin grip and feel comfortable hanging with the band hooked around our legs.

5) Initiate the pull the same way we performed the row (Shoulders, then elbows). Continue that movement until your chin is over the bar
