Adrienne's barre method is a fun, rhythmic fusion of interval training, Pilates, yoga, and dance. Her creative sequencing promote the amazing endorphin high and deep muscle burn you crave from barre workouts, but it's Adrienne's empowering language and anatomical awareness that sets this series apart. Her style inspires resilience and appreciation of your body as you simultaneously build strength and agility.
Each 15-30 minute class utilizes basic shapes and simple movements to hone in and isolate specific muscle groups in the arms, core, hips, and legs. We also spend time building strength around mobile joints, which develops strong and supportive accessory muscles that improve stability, mobility, and function.
Students will experience a fiery workout that is accessible for all body types and fitness levels. In each class, Adrienne is accompanied by two friends who provide a wide range of modifications and variations.
