Each 50-60 minute sequence was intentionally designed to be slow moving and gentle. Every class begins with tune-in movements to connect to your body and enter a calm state of mind. Gradual progressions will get your muscles warm for longer holds and a yummy peak posture. Classes conclude with a delicious savasana to let your body buzz and mind absorb. By repeating these flows regularly, you will learn to intelligently weave flexibility into your everyday practice!
