When we experience yoga in a flow format, we explore and discover the magic of the asana practice. The five beginner-focused classes in this series will help you become both comfortable and confident as you apply your knowledge of breath, body, and awareness in full-length flows.
Each of the four 40-50 minute classes focus on a specific type of Vinyasa pose or movements such as balancing postures or backbends. The fifth class takes all of the components found in the previous classes and weaves them into one beautifully-sequenced, 70-minute flow. All classes contain a warm-up sequence, full-body flow, and calming cool down.
