I want you to experience this freedom and positivity! I want to help you build the confidence to embrace who you are, to be comfortable with your transitions, and love your body!
Larger-bodied people are just as capable of moving freely as a smaller-bodied person, and I believe that it is so important to see a larger-bodied person completing postures and moving freely with confidence. I know some of these poses and transitions will seem difficult and foreign at first, and that's okay! Being challenged in your Yoga practice is a great way to find better ways to deal with the challenges of life.
This series consists of 4 instructional videos and 4 workout videos that repeat over one month. They are arranged the way that I wish studios had programmed their classes when I first started doing Yoga. Each instructional video will introduce you to the movements and the area of the body that we’ll focus on the next day in our workout class.
