Day 6: 15 min HIIT

Today’s core-focused HIIT workout will challenge your mind, body, and will definitely get you sweating!

We'll rotate between four exercises with 30 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. We’ll repeat this for four rounds.

Today’s workout mixes up some traditional core movements with some challenging variations. Let’s have some fun and play with the core!

These HIIT classes are super challenging, but try to keep your body moving, even if it’s not fast! I’d rather you move and slowly build up to the more advanced variations than add more rest. That’s how you build up cardio endurance and strength! You’re doing great!
