Ashley takes you through seated postures, core-strengthening sequences, and full-body repetitions that isolate and strengthen smaller muscles groups. She also injects crucial balancing fundamentals including internal engagement, root locks and bhandas, and experimenting with challenging focus points.
In the two dynamic flows, the skills-and-drills elements come to life. Each 50-minute practice is an opportunity to apply your newfound balance and control to balance-focused poses and sequences.
