I love beach yoga! This is where I come to practice and to teach, and I’m so happy to be able to share this special part of my life with you.
I’ve put together this set of beach yoga classes to inspire you and your practice. Yoga is often about turning inwards and listening to yourself and your body. I’ve found that when I practice at the beach, I’m able to relax into myself, and it brings great energy to my day.
I’ve included a set of yoga classes for all levels. Wake up to the sunrise in West Palm Beach with a short 10 minute practice, or re-invigorate your day with a full 60 minute Vinyasa class. If you have particular poses you’re working on, you can take one of my classes that focus on building strength and stability in that body part, or if you just want a good long sweat, take one of my Vinyasa classes!
