Day 14: Rest Day

On your rest days you’ll want to do something active that gets you moving. It doesn’t have to be anything intense, but simply something to keep your muscles loose and body engaged in something physical.

Also, you should definitely stretch and drink plenty of water!!

You may also want to consider taking a few minutes on rest days to meditate and reflect. I encourage you to write things down, which will help to get your mind in the right space.

Jacquelyn's rhythmic, fun, yet challenging style keeps her students coming back and craving more - no matter where she teaches. Jacquelyn is certified in Barre, Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Spinning, Personal Training, and lives a holistic lifestyle.
