In this Ashtanga Primary Series, I will go point by point through every single posture, breaking each posture down in terms of technique, alignment and anatomy in order that you may perform these postures safely and effectively. While some poses may seem difficult at first, they are suitable for all levels. Modifications are provided for beginners. I have also included a full length 80-minute Ashtanga Primary Series Practice so that you practice the poses that you're learning in a traditional Yoga Flow.
