Meghan’s yoga style is a unexpected blend of strong and playful. Her flows embody curiosity, complexity, and whimsy to inject lighthearted deliciousness into sequences that are often times quite physically challenging.

Like any recipe, she believes there must be just the right amount of all the ingredients to produce the most epic flavor. When she teaches, she mixes herself with all other unpredictable and delicious ingredients to co-create with the universe and be a part of something grand.

Meghan regularly tours around the globe teaching yoga workshops, retreats and festivals. She believes that every student is also everyone's teacher.

Another absolutely amazing plan by Meghan that has found a place in my heart! The flows help me to build the strength, flexibility and balance needed not only for the great poses in the series, but also for many other aspects in my daily practice. I really love how the requirements are slowly developed first before they’re all put together to make the pose happen or even if you're not ready this time. It made me realize even more that yoga is all about the journey and not just the pose itself!

Meghan has such a beautiful way of guiding you while making you feel relaxed and right where you're supposed to be. Her Wild & Free classes were not only challenging, but led me to be calm and open up to do things I thought were going to take much longer to achieve. I tell anyone who is willing to listen about her Cody classes. I look forward to continuing my journey with more of Meghan's classes in the future.

I've been practicing with Meghan’s Cody plans for several months, and I just LOVE her energy and teachings. What I like most is her ability to keep it real, quirky, fun, and oh-so deep. Her alignment cues are very precise and effective, and her slow-flow style makes it easy to stay connected to the breath. I always feel awesome during and after the practices! The core work keeps building upon itself in her sessions, and now I'm finding a huge difference in my inversion and arm balance practice. Her Wild & Free program came at a GREAT time for me for Pincha Mayurasana specifically. I keep coming back to it over and over again, and I'm already seeing blockages being removed. I'm a teacher, and I find I'm able to pass a lot of this on to my students in my studio classes.
