About The Sequence

This 30-day bundle is designed to provide you with all of the tools and techniques to improve handstands, arm balances, and transitions.

It consists of over seven hours of content across three series. The first series focuses on the handstands in the video and will help you establish proper body alignment and build core, pelvis, and leg control. The purpose of this series is to help get you strong and flexible while you develop the muscle memory and mind/body connection needed for handstands.

The next series, Arm Balances, is where you will learn the foundational elements of arm balancing and where you will start to learn to transition into inversions. The final series is where we gather all of the technical knowledge from the Handstands and Arm Balances series and apply them to full class-like flows.

The 30-day practice calendar included in this bundle was created specifically to help you build the strength, learn the skills, and practice the techniques in the most effective and efficient way possible.

I hope that this bundle will enrich your practice and deepen your knowledge of yourself. Even if you are not yet able to complete the sequence at the end of your time with me, that’s not the most important thing – it’s about the journey, not the destination!

This is Part 2 of the 30-day Sequence Bundle series and is inspired by the arm balances performed in the viral video "The Contortionist" from Q by Equinox.

In this plan I will show you how to build strength, gain confidence and develop foundational arm balancing skills!

It opens with a lesson on polishing and refining basic poses like Chaturanga and Crow. Next we progress and focus our efforts on learning the essential elements of more challenging postures including Eka Pada II, Lotus, and Kukkutasana.
