The Pyramid will be the toughest 15 minutes of your day, but at the end of 30 days you will have the best results of your life. The workouts are intense, high volume and high intensity, but best of all – they are short! Fifteen minutes is all you need to get stronger and look better than you ever have before!

Each of the five workouts is designed to hit every major muscle group using simple bodyweight movements, static holds and dynamic movements. Every day utilizes a pyramid rep scheme that is perfectly programmed to MAX OUT your muscles for optimal strength and gain. Your entire body will be under stress for 15 minutes straight, building endurance and developing incredible muscular strength. In “phase two” of the Pyramid series we dial up the intensity with more challenging static holds and a variety of new explosive movements. We also increase the volume of the max rep burnouts to test your endurance and maximize your muscle fatigue.

This month-long bodyweight program follows the same format as the first Pyramid series with five full-body workouts that use a systematic pyramid rep scheme to max you out FOUR TIMES in one 15-minute workout!
