This 12-week strength and conditioning program will teach you how to move your body in the most efficient way possible by developing serious strength, speed, power and control. If you want to raise the bar on your Olympic-style lifting, this will get you there!

The series is broken up into three 4-week blocks. Each phase pairs partial lifts with a variety of dynamic accessory movements to build awareness and explosiveness.

In the first 4-week phase you will develop strength in push and pull mechanics, systematically increase your leg strength through a solid back squat cycle, and establish solid foundational bodyweight strength. In Builder I we’ll ramp up the intensity of the accessory work and increase the complexity of the partial lifts by developing and lengthening the pulls. In the third and final phase we will peel back on squat strength and focus on carrying weight from the floor to overhead in the fastest and most efficient way possible using the strength and skills you’ve learned in the previous 8 weeks.

Each video is broken down into three parts: first we’ll review the “to do” list for the day and discuss the movements to be covered; next is Points of Performance with coaching, cues and pointers to maximize your lifts and movements; and lastly is Movement Instruction, which is where you’ll see what everything should look like and how to do them with precise form and polished technique.

This is Phase 2 of the 12-week Rise Strength Program.

In this 4-week cycle we’ll keep our focus on leg strength, but we'll incorporate front squats, which will work your established leg strength in a new way. We’ll continue to build crucial overall strength and power for the snatch and clean and jerk through a variety of dynamic accessory movements such as weighted bridge, dumbbell rows, and depth jumps.

We'll build upon your knowledge from the first 4 weeks by challenging you in this phase to make the traditional lifts more technical. We'll do this by making the pulls larger and longer. This added complexity means you will need to recruit more physical strength, incorporate range of motion control, and establish body awareness – and that is exactly what we’ll focus on and accomplish in this phase!

This is the final phase of the 12-week Rise Strength program and is intended for those who have completed the Rise Strength and Builder I programs.

Over the next 4 weeks we will peel back on squat strength and work more on pulling strength. We will focus our training on the back, hips, and hamstrings so you can carry weight from the floor to overhead in the fastest and most efficient way possible. Our time will be spent looking more closely at Olympic-style lifts from the ENTIRE pull, which will deepen your understanding of body awareness and control.

The last 11 weeks of hard work will culminate in our final week where you will test your snatch, clean, and jerk.
