Return to Bliss honors the ancient yoga tradition of tapping into the profound peace at the core of our being. When we are in touch with this divine place, life has incredible meaning and joy, and we can become a positive force in the world.

This Blissology Yoga series offers you the tools for maximizing happiness in your life with fluid Vinyasa sequences, meditations and philosophy talks. Rather than feeling obligated to "do yoga," you will be inspired to "feel" and "play" yoga! In Joy Body you will experience what it's like to be in love with life. The playfully-sequenced classes will bring freedom to your practice and make you feel alive in the same way a child feels alive when they are moving. Quiet Mind will help you tap into the sacred space of infinite peace within each of us; a calm inner sanctuary free from the stress, tension and worry of the outside world. This plan blends slow, steady flows and intention-setting meditations to re-center you and bring renewed energy to your body and mind. Each practice is a unique journey back to who we really are — a Return to Bliss!

Eoin Finn is the founder of Blissology Yoga. This branch of yoga revolves around using heart wisdom to guide the relationships we have with our bodies, the people in our lives, and nature. Eoin is passionate about bringing spirituality down to earth and reclaiming quiet time in nature as the spiritual portal and our best source of health and happiness. He’s been practicing yoga and meditation since 1989 and teaching for nearly two decades.

An ocean activist, Eoin started the "Blissology EcoKarma Project" to raise aid and awareness through yoga for the world's imperiled coral reefs. He also headlines major conferences and festivals around the world and his writings have appeared beside Deepak Chopra and Eckhart Tolle. He’s been featured in Oprah, InStyle, Vogue, the New York Times, and the Yoga Journal.

The Joy Body is what we feel in our bodies when we are in love with life. These surf-infused classes will make you feel alive in the same way a child feels alive when they are moving. Whether you have thirty minutes or an hour for a physical practice you will find something powerful in this plan. Every video offers a lot of variety: arm balances, hip opening, backbends, and twists. Some classes bring out the fire in Yoga to build strength and flexibility. Others focus on the heart wisdom and quietness that comes with yoga. But the most important thing you will experience is the love and joy of yoga. Each class will challenge the intermediate practitioner while offering safe modifications for beginners.
