In the Builder, we deepen those skills by kicking up the intensity with more challenging and complex movements.
All classes are full-body, but each specialize in a specific discipline such as push strength, lower body power, and core control. We utilize a fun and effective interval-style format: two minutes of work followed by one minute of rest. This structure allows you to dig deep during the work sets and adequately recover during the active rests, letting you get the most out of each 20-minute workout.
Every day of this series you will push yourself. You will increase your ability to perform under pressure and improve your form, stamina, and overall strength.

All of the workouts are full-body, and mirroring Foundations’ format, each continues to specialize in a specific discipline such as push strength, lower body power, and core control so you can amplify everything you developed in the first series.
Although the classes are only 20 minutes, they will redefine your endurance, strength, and coordination. We keep with our structured two-minutes-on, one-minute-rest format so you get the absolute most out of each class, deepen your strength, and feel more capable than you ever have before.
