The Pure Flexibility classes each focus on a different area of the body and are filled with the dynamic stretching, yin-style holds, and intuitive movements I use on a daily basis. In Pure Flexibility Poses, we apply mobility and range of motion to intermediate and advanced poses like Dancer and Bird of Paradise. You'll start from the most accessible variation using blocks and props, and as your body opens to the pose, you'll safely build to the full expression.
