Each Prenatal Glow plan consists of three to four hours of flow classes, stretching sequences and safety videos filled with trimester-specific modifications that thoughtfully address the variety of physical and emotional changes experienced in each trimester of pregnancy.
Every class is led by Briohny, a prenatal certified yoga teacher who maintained a strong yoga practice throughout both of her pregnancies. Her friends, Sheena and Grace, are introduced in the second and third trimester programs so you can see and follow the special modifications as your belly grows.

The five informational videos answer all your questions about core work, twists, inversions, and more. Briohny also provides effective exercises you can incorporate into the flow videos. The two dynamic stretch videos are perfect for days you want a softer practice and will help you find the perfect balance between flexibility, stability, and strength.
