Meghan’s yoga style is a unexpected blend of strong and playful. Her flows embody curiosity, complexity, and whimsy to inject lighthearted deliciousness into sequences that are often times quite physically challenging.

Like any recipe, she believes there must be just the right amount of all the ingredients to produce the most epic flavor. When she teaches, she mixes herself with all other unpredictable and delicious ingredients to co-create with the universe and be a part of something grand.

Meghan regularly tours around the globe teaching yoga workshops, retreats and festivals. She believes that every student is also everyone's teacher.

This series focuses on progressive arm balance flows to detoxify and cleanse your body with revitalizing twists, deep hip movements and concentrated engagement of the core.

This plan consists of 5 videos – in each class we will work towards a specific posture as you bend, twist and curl. The result of these classes is a delicious physical wringing out – a squeezing, pressing, and cleansing of the midsection and entire body. Our organs process absolutely everything: our emotions, environmental toxins, the food we consume and the byproducts of negative thoughts… and this series will wring you out like a sponge so that you feel purified, cleaned and restored, which will allow your body to communicate more effectively.

The flows in this series are more advanced, contain fewer cues, and have a targeted focus on breath. They are not only therapeutic and strengthening, they are also beautifully intense and I am so excited to share in this journey with you!

This series focuses on using heart-opening postures as a way to air out the hurts and fears that have been collected over the course of one’s life. Lots of emotions can bubble up for people when working on heart-openers, and this series aims to soften, soothe and melt away any barriers that restrict you.

Within this plan are 5 videos: four strong, progressive flows that take you from one heart-opening posture to another, and one meditative Yoga nidra class designed to help you reach a new layer of relaxation and lightness.

The importance of airing out the junk is to create a clean, open space within yourself where true love and a sense of wholeness can be realized and take root. By focusing on heart-openers in this series, you will create a dynamic connection between your heart, body and spirit that will unfurl the energetic pathway of your life.

You are your best self when you can be wild and free.

This month-long plan will help you embrace your natural self through strong sequences and energizing flows. These 50-60 minute classes will grant you the physical and mental freedom to challenge any existing self-imposed boundaries and embrace yourself with unabashed acceptance.

There are five progressive flows in this series: four that will free and strengthen your body towards postures such as Forearm Balances, Flying Pigeon and Eight Angle Arm Balances; the fifth video is a 30-minute Lengthen and Soften restorative class that will detoxify your body and mind through long static holds, stretches and harmonizing breath. Previous yoga experience is recommended.

These classes repeat over four weeks because this format allows you to truly be a witness to your internal and external reactions to the flows. You will observe and feel the opening, strengthening and ease that develop as you revisit, renew and reconnect with your innate self. To witness this growth will actually accelerate your progress because you will see the fruits of your efforts!
