Yoga For Life touches all the elements of yoga: calm, fluid, vigorous, opening and strengthening. Classes include 30-60 minute flow classes, soothing restorative work and a calming meditation to bring you back to center. The 15-20 minute classes in Balancing Act will grow your practice with posture-specific drills and movement progressions for the most coveted arm balances such as crow, tripod headstand, peacock and eight angle. The 75-90 minute workshop-inspired flow classes in Reconnect will unite your mind, body and practice. You’ll leave your mat inspired, energized and connected to yourself, your body, and those in your life.

We will cover many aspects of Yoga asana from core work to inversions, all through rigorous, full-body flows that will improve your overall fitness and advance your practice.

The Balancing Act teaches you the most highly-coveted intermediate and advanced arm balances in Yoga! Each video teaches you a step-by-step movement progression so that you learn the technique and skill work required for poses like crow, tripod headstand, peacock and eight angle pose.
The eleven 15-20 minute classes, beyond teaching you skill work, will warm up and prepare your body with posture-specific drills and progressions. Patrick offers multiple variations towards the peak pose, allowing you to experiment and practice your developing skills regardless if you have never attempted the arm balance or you are a seasoned practitioner.
This set of classes will teach you to move your body in new and exciting ways that will deepen and enrich your practice!
Yoga For Life is a series of seven different classes designed to let you create your perfect daily yoga practice. There are classes for every occasion; whether you’re short on time or are ready for a full-length flow, or if you want something strong, flowy, restorative, or even a meditation to bring you back to center.
Yoga affects every body differently, and this series honors that. Included are over 5 hours of Vinyasa flows that each touch on a different element of yoga: calm, fluid, vigorous, opening, and strength building. There are two 30-minute classes, four 60-minute flows, and one grounding meditation. There is no schedule to follow; instead you have the freedom to choose which practice best suits you and your practice each day, or whenever you come to your mat.
You will learn to love the practice and to find the magic of each pose. You’ll experience what it’s like to practice next to me in an intimate setting and use full-body flows to explore your body and mind in a focused and dynamic way.
