BodyStrong is a 60-day series to activate, strengthen, and tone your entire body using challenging, full-body movements that isolate and engage the muscles in your arms, legs, abs and booty. Rather than working a muscle until it begins to burn, in each class we actually work the muscle to exhaustion and continue through the burn, giving you the most out of your workout time!

The Pure Flexibility series will increase your mobility and reduce tension with beautifully sequenced flows, instruction, and stretches. You’ll learn to move with freedom and ease as you explore and deepen your range of motion in fun and dynamic ways!

These movements, flows, and exercises are how I built the strength and flexibility I have today because they are what felt most natural in my body. I wish something like this had been available when I was starting out!

Ashley Galvin is a yoga instructor based in Southern California. She is known around the world for her strength and flexibility, and she constantly inspires others with her yoga practice.

Ashley spent her childhood between the beaches and mountains of California. Inspired by the healthy lifestyle of her parents, she embarked on a journey to learn more about nutrition and the benefits of active living. That path led her to her first yoga class in 2009, where she fell in love with the practice.

Determined to help empower others through yoga, she began teaching in 2011 and has since taught workshops, retreats, and classes all over the world. Her strong, dynamic flows help cultivate body awareness, empower others to embrace their unique gifts, and give students a deep understanding of their yoga practice.

Build flexibility within a Vinyasa flow! The full-body flows in this series were designed specifically to help you move with freedom and ease as you deepen your range of motion.

Each 45 to 60-minute flow mixes strength with flexibility to create an internal heat that opens the body in a completely different way than typical stretching and static holds. We'll begin slowly to warm and open your body naturally and safely before we begin flowing. As you move from pose to pose, you will work your muscles dynamically to release tension and simultaneously deepen your practice. Every class concludes with a cool down, leaving you feeling balanced and whole. I've also included one of my in-studio classes so you can experience a flexibility flow in a lighthearted community environment!

These Vinyasa flows are my favorite way to deepen and express my flexibility because they feel the most natural in my body. I'm so excited to show you how fun it is to build flexibility within a flow so you can explore new spaces in your poses and your practice!

Building strength with a yoga flow is the most natural way to become strong. It’s how I developed the muscular strength and control I have today! They allow me to move freely while strengthening at the same time, which feels the most natural in my body and is much more fun than traditional workout moves on their own!

What makes my Vinyasa style unique is that I love to blend creative dynamic movements, high repetitions, and body lengthening sequences into a beautifully balanced flow that challenges you to push yourself, but not to the point of being overly fatigued in one area. This not only builds muscle without creating bulk, it’s the safest way to build strength!

Included in this series are nearly five hours of full-body strengthening flows! Every Vinyasa-based class includes a warm up and cool down, so you leave your mat knowing you got a complete and well-balanced practice. I’m so excited to also include my “Push Your Limits” group class because it’s a perfect opportunity to experience one of my strengthening power Vinyasa flows in a studio environment!

Flexibility is achievable for everyone. This month-long series is designed to increase your mobility, range of motion, and reduce tension across your body, which is especially important if your goal is to achieve new poses in your practice! Regardless of your sport, you'll learn to take your body anywhere you want to go!

Each 30-minute class focuses on a different area of the body and uses three crucial elements of developing flexibility: dynamic stretching to build full range of motion so you can get into positions with ease, yin-style holds to open your body even deeper, and intuitive movement to tune into your body and feel which areas need the most attention.

This month-long program is filled with the flexibility movements and stretches I use on a daily basis. They've helped me build and maintain the strength and mobility to achieve the inversions and poses that fill my practice today.

And because we revisit the classes over a full month, you will get familiar with the movements and can focus on developing body awareness.

BodyStrong II is an extension of BodyStrong I to dramatically strengthen and tone your whole body. While you will continue to deepen your strength, this series also emphasizes developing body awareness and uses arm balances, handstands and several more advanced poses.

When I first started trying inversions I didn’t have the strength or body awareness. This series is meant to inspire you and give you the skills to deepen your muscular strength and build heightened awareness in your movements.

Though these classes are not more physically strenuous than the first program, they are more technical. We’ll begin with my Arm Balances and Handstands tutorial where I’ll take you in depth on how to press to handstand, how to get into Crow properly, and get you prepped for the material to come. Then well use those skills as we test your strength and body awareness in your core, arms, legs and booty!

Our goal isn't to get big or bulky, instead we will develop long, lean muscles with specifically targeted exercises. BodyStrong II will utilize all of the strength you have been building to maximize your body awareness and further advance your practice!
