This collection of element-inspired yoga flows connects the power of the nature within our bodies and our practice. We will connect to the Earth to grounds us and create a solid foundation of power, and channel Fire to burn away old waste and leave us feeling illuminated.
In Earth | Foundational Flows we use slow, deliberate asana and grounding pranayama to build a strong foundation that roots us. In Fire | Radiant Body we will connect to our inner radiance with heat-building asana and pranayama. By stoking our inner fire, we will build vital heat in our core and allow that heat to permeate the rest of our body while we flow, cleansing old habits and patterns, and bringing us closer to our true strength and light.
Each flow begins slowly, building heat and stability before flowing into a peak posture. You will leave each practice feeling rooted, nourished and energized to bring this same luminance and strength of mind to every aspect of your life.
