This two-part series begins with The Body & Beyond, where you flow one-on-one with Seane through sequences and prayers directed inward to personal growth and healing.
In Alchemy in Action, Seane is joined by four students, allowing you to feel the power of moving as a collective. In these 60-90 minute practices, we devote and channel our energy towards something outside of ourselves, whether it be someone we love, someone who needs love, or Mother Earth.
Each flow builds upon the one previous in information and intensity. All classes are a beautiful opportunity to glimpse into the potency of the practice and experience how yoga is so much deeper than the body.
This series will show you that yoga is much more than a physical practice – it’s an opportunity to use the movement and breath to express deep devotion, aligning us to the deepest parts of ourselves and opening us to connect to each other, Spirit, and the planet.
A prayer is an intention, a request, and a dialogue we have with the God/Source of Love of our own understanding. It reminds us what is important, beyond the physical body, and connects us to the love within ourselves.
Each of the five 60-75 minute classes begins with a unique intention and prayer to connect you to the day’s theme. Once mentally aligned with the class purpose, we ground the intention in the body through a physical flow. The sequencing connects body, breath, alignment, and mindfulness to support our theme whether it’s healing, happiness or connection to Source.
Each flow builds upon the one previous in information and intensity. All classes are a beautiful opportunity to blend physical movement with spiritual intention, creating a safe and sacred place for self-reflection, inquiry and connection to Love.
Alchemy in Action is an opportunity to use the yoga practice for something greater than our own personal growth. In this series, we dedicate our flows and channel our energy towards the health and happiness of someone else.
By using our practice this way, our movements become an act of service and as a result, we become more present, conscious of our interconnectedness, and distribute grace with each movement and every breath.
Each 60-90 minute class is a group experience led by Seane, underscoring that when we flow and pray together, we become a movement. The postures and sequences build upon those covered in her Body & Beyond series, and deepen in both physical and emotional intensity as we progress.
Not only will you feel the rich connection between the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of the practice through these flows, you will experience how yoga is so much more than the body.
